Guest guest Posted August 20, 2008 Report Share Posted August 20, 2008 1. get a big bowl of water 2.slowly move your fingers through the water... relax and feel the flow... 3.notice that the water isn't moving in a straight line but is actually vortexing in a series of left, and right hand spins, 4. realise that this is the life force of the shakti, is there in front of you.. in the spinning vortexes of the water, 5, wonder if because they spin in 2 different ways, is this polarity playing , between your fingers,, the dark the light, the man the woman.. 6. notice it else where, see shakti moves your blood in the same vortexes through your heart, , the dust of the earth, as she spins it with her wind of ensoulment.....and all of the galaxy! paula...
