Guest guest
I have spent a great deal of the day praying for those who are experiencing flooding in their neighborhoods due to all of the rain received from Fay!!! So many neighborhoods including my own have been flooded out, however there are many homes flooded as well! The problem is many people are being curious and are traveling down those roads causing wakes pushing water into the homes that are trying to keep it out! Satellite Beach where I live has been put on a curfew and everyone has to be off the street by 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. It is said that the National Guards are coming in to assist those who need to leave their homes!!!! We are going to continue to receive rain until at least tomorrow late in the day according to the local news!!! I am remaining very positive and giving gratitude to God. I have also been calling all of the older people that I know asking if they need anything. I will continue to give service as is my responsibility to those who are in need in whatever form necessary! May God be with all those who are trapped in their homes and without electricity!!! Love, Katherine
