Guest guest
Hi Skydancer, as you know I clean for a living>. I like to chant mantras while I work. Sat Nam is one I keep coming back to. It goes well with vacuum cleaning. I think there is a list of mantras on the KAS1 web site. Guest guest
Hi Don, Yes, sorry I forgot you worked as a cleaner. I have also been aware (via your posts) that you are feeling unwell. If it is K, then it sounds very strong. I can see why people run to their Dr. in these occasions. My favourite mantra is " Om mani padme hum " and I also like the Gyartri mantra. On UTube they have many of the mantras sung beautifully so while I work I play them into the room, and my housework gets done without me really noticing.
