Guest guest
Often with Kundalini a suspension of certain elements of physical and emotional expression will occur. Especially if the person is resisting the elements of a Kundalini activation. These are most often temporary unless the resistance persists. If one can begin a process of surrender and acceptance to what it is the energy is teaching you this can blossom into a very beautiful experience. I feel this is a good place as we are in active discussion of many of the diverse aspects of the Kundalini symptomatic environments. But really this is a condition that only you can validate yet I hope you can find some solace as we continue our explorations. I suggest that an individual begin a retracing and reversing some previous resistant behaviors in regards to acceptance of the Kundalini. Nothing is broken and nothing needs to be fixed except perhaps an attitude in regards to how one is choosing to " hold " this most blessed experience. Like many great gifts when they come unbeknownst to a person they can take on the perceived attributes of an unwanted condition rather than an extremely loving and blessed experience. It is often through the strength of such an event, unasked for, that a person can become mired in the perception of a disease or fear or a handicap as the Kundalini takes control of some of the most basic expressions we have in the experience of life as a human being. You are not broken or diseased or in any way under the influence of an affliction. You are inside of an experience that is very strong and unrelenting if a person goes into resistance against it. So it has led you here that you may begin to reclaim the beauty and the balance and the full range of expression that this wonderful and most powerful state has to offer. With out resistance or fear. I will suggest that you are right on target. Yet I would also suggest that a position of acceptance and complete surrender to what the Kundalini agenda has with you becomes immediately adopted by you. Complete surrender to what it wants to do with you needs to be achieved by your intellectual and emotional and mental processes. Give in to the Kundalini completely. You are not alone many are many here who have the Kundalini and are flowing beautifully with it as they practice the safeties and grow into a greater bond with the Kundalini with every beat of their heart and breath they take. It can be an awesome and glorious permanent experience. So please try and adopt this new attitude. Then please begin to practice as much of the safeties as you can and the Five Tibetans. Let these rites be done daily by you. - blessings - `chrism

Guest guest
I have a similar problem, although I have not progressed far enough along (I guess I should say " thankfully " ) for flaming chakra pain. I have spent a lot of time stretching and working out my daily tension, but some nights I just want to sleep and not spend 20 minutes stretching out my upper back. Last night I was in enough pain I finally caved and did the necessary work to stave off the building headache. I guess it would go easier on me if I just accepted this and didn't try to ignore my body's needs Also if I could work out a better daily schedule for the tibetans, etc. Any suggestions? How do you guys work in your daily practices? -Gabriel > its me , > im split in 2 , hope it will pass soon... > i have got this part , that is like a tantruming 2 year old, for > toys. > it hates the tibetans , the safeties, meditating and just wants to > run away from everything spirtitual..and i fight alot, alot. > i cant get control of the unrully little brat.. > then i resist the kundalini callings and flame up , then to into > pain like childbirth..in my heart chakra, and solar chakra.. > when i surrender everything turns white and i dont exist.. > paula

Guest guest
Hi i have been going as deeply as possible to ''surrender''and much has gone i feel and there are changes in the inner and the outer. I am in the situation of letting my main technique of work and livelihood change or go ,my marriage too ''whatever''should be. Many other things and people too. What is the old in my life may go,and what is new may arrive. These last days have been full of changes in perspective for me as i have let things go. I go as deep as possible each day with Shakti , and the Safeties to surrender, surrender, as much as possible and wait for the revelation's. to occur. The inner feeling of being challenged or burned up inside, due to my not seeing or not releasing,is going now,and i am in a more balanced state of peace/rest. Will you please consider what else i need to ''surrender'' in order to come closer, to that Inner Fire of Shakti, and to come closer to that Inner Fire and Lineage which you live and express in this group!!!!! Richard. Contact me off list if you wish. Thank You.
