Guest guest
Amusement is a form of love. It keeps one impervious to attachments from influences that feed off of fear for example. Fear evaporates in the face of amusement. It really is a useful and enjoyable tool to partake of as much as possible. Amusement responds to Kundalini and is transformed into bliss. Sometimes ecstatic bliss. Amusement is a protection from depression and fear and trauma dramas. It is an expressed form of love that is partaken of by the entire body and mind and emotions and spirit. All of the body's take part in a good laugh! This in turn leads to its healing and restorative functions as when the body is in laughter/love/bliss ecstasy, disease is removed from the focus consciously and subconsciously. This is why, from a Kundalini perspective, amusement is a quality to always have close at hand. I laugh quite a bit as a normal aspect of my interactions on this earth. Ask . It is important to have laughter every day and in every way from the laughter of what a kitten or puppy can give to that of perplexed expressions of wonderment with what the human condition provides (serious laughter here!) to what actions we take in our everyday interactions with others. (Important to be able to laugh at and with ourselves) During trauma dramas in the dream life one can see immediate results when injecting laughter into the equation. Amusement provides a lightness of being. A carefree and love based lightning expression of appreciation and joy. The body heaves with laughter the same as it heaves in sadness during crying. Same muscles at work. Just another aspect of expressive feeling. So please partake of it as much as you can during a Kundalini event from activation to awakening to kriyas to heart chakra cheese activations.- lol. Blessings to you Bradly for asking the question and for all who read it and are able to instill in themselves as mush laughter and joy as they can spill out from themselves and into others. - chrism
