connection of the Polar bear and your left arm and shoulder in the

dream and the concurring effects in your waking experience.

You are sooo right about Shakti's timing. Let this be an example to

those who need to understand that the Kundalini knows what is going

on with you. Knows what your life is like and where you need to go

with it inside of the infusion and transformations. Make sure you

give her the time to do what she needs to do. Ot she will just take

it! - lol.
