Guest guest
Hello Don, Sometimes with the Kundalini what we (our body consciousness) will interpret as sorrow is a blending of the Kundalini into the body emotional systems. This can cause an emotional response that will feel like sorrow and love at the same time. This is the foundation of bliss. It can lead towards ecstatic bliss but often begins in waves of love that are initially interpreted as sorrow. Or severe gratitude. I don't mean to say anything that in any way is presumptive about your experience. Just to let you know that Kundalini will energize in a tremendous way the emotional body and will begin to blend emotions of love and gratitude, joy and grace into a larger emotional palette that will often lead one into extreme states of emotional expression. These states are characterized by emotional heavings of joy/sadness as the two emotions blend. Bliss is interpreted by the body initially as sadness merely because the body has no " conscious " reference for the new emotion and also because it is so strong that tears and often heavings of the body MUST accompany this exalted emotion. So if you feel the need to heave and shudder this is natural. The body will want to cry and this feeling is a result of the magnificent energies pouring into the person. The body has very little recourse or reference in expressing a blended " maha emotion " (Exalted or very high placed)) so to say, so it will use the conduits that have been used before. That of weeping. It can get so strong as to convulse a person with bliss only to see them weeping uncontrollably. These are experiences that one can encounter on the K path and I do feel you are on this path my friend. - many blessings to you. - chrism

It started slowly and then built to be very intense. It was sorrow, but not mine. It did no make me feel sorrowfull, yet it was of and part of me. Still not explaining it well. Very calm and peaceful the whole rest of that day. > These are experiences that one can encounter on the K path and I do > feel you are on this path my friend. - many blessings to you. - > chrism > Up here we say " does a wild bear sh*t in the woods?
