Guest guest
Hello Chrism, I know you don't recommend Reiki for the activated...but how much caution does accupuncture warrant? Today I developed a very localised front of brow headache that only started the moment I went out at lunch. Despite no conscious focus on getting it treated, mysterious improbable factors conspired, and before I really realised it...I was surrounded by a team of chinese medicine consultants conferring over my life-long sinus problems, which they suspected to be a qi channel blockage (the governor channel presumably). I tried to impress my atypical energetic concerns on them as best I could, and did get a reasonably encouraging " ah..meditation... " style reaction, with the interpreter assuring me that interaction of their practice with meditation was something they'd taken into consideration before - not a cast-iron guarantee of suitability, but promising perhaps. My sinuses have been infecting over and over since the last Shaktipat, and kriya-like sniffing and blasting nasal breathing patterns are quite a problem at work so I'm quite interested. But it's one of the most k-relevant bits of the energy body I can think of to be fiddling with...do you have any thoughts on this? Guest guest
Are you practicing Bhastrika? Its the blasting aspect that you metioned in your post if so you may wish to discontinue unless this is a Kundalini Shakti based symptom of your awakening. Please keep you Vit.C complex levels high. Do not blow your nose with severe force as disruptions of the inner ear can occur. Do not try to clear your ears by back pressure from by holding your nose and forcing air into the ear canal. As far as the headache goes and the accupuncture I do not see a problem (for this particular issue) But not major energetic grid stimulations. Shakti knows of your condition and even could respond to it if you would ask of her that this be done. More than once. See what in your diet is causing you to have a copius flow of nasal exudate (snot) and try to moderate your dairy and wheat intake. Increase your alkalizing factors in your food choices. No accupuncture in the lower meridians or around the lower chakras. They may want to stick you around the face and forehead. This MIGHT be beneficial but on the other hand this CAN have some unfortunate effects with the Kundalini. If you think you have a headache now well then.... So you are taking some what of a chance, but I know your discomfort is driving your decisions. Mention to the chinese doctors this - " Greater KAN and LI " energies. See what their response is. - blessings Tom - chrism , " etomireland " <singaporenoodles wrote: > > Hello Chrism, I know you don't recommend Reiki for the activated
Guest guest
Thanks Chrism! Just having googled Bhastrika I'm not certain, maybe there's a hybrid of that and Kapalbhati going on. I really can't tell if it's a Kundalini symptom or not...a lone blast often jumps in during meditation so it's not deliberately instigated, but it also wrecks my state so doesn't feel much like a spiritual gift! I do keep finding my stomach pulling in and trying to roll its way up behind my ribcage while I'm working, so hopefully it is another form of conditioning rather than a horrible habit from nowhere! Guest guest
I've had horrible headaches before but now i don't have them anymore.Nothing used to help me and i even had a headache that lasted a week straight.I had this irritated sinus in my brain and no tratment was prescribed or maybe i should say that i had no wish of following the treatment that my neurologist prescribed.I don't need medications that make me forget what i did in the morning, lol. The headaches stopped by their own accord and so far, they did not return. One thing i found out by accident was that if i sneezed my headache would go away.I hope you find relief from your suffering. love, nicole , " etomireland " <singaporenoodles wrote: > > Hello Chrism, > I know you don't recommend Reiki for the activated...but how much > caution does accupuncture warrant?
