Introduction: need help/advice -Suli

Please do your best to understand that this is a natural event and

nothing is wrong with you. Do your best to relax and allow this to

occur. Struggling and worrying will not help you. The pressures will

be felt for a while and they are not painful unless you resist them

too much or try to control them or take drugs to manipulate them.

Let them do what they will do. Pray and meditate as you feel it is

needed. Stay well hydrated with fluids get some watermelon to help

with your kidneys expanding and the adrenals over producing anxiety

causing hormones.

 

Go bare feet to bare earth and contemplate nature as much as you

can. There may be some temperature fluctuations so do not be

surprised. Pay attention to your diet and remove caffeine from it as

well as artificial sugars and processed sugars and processed white

flour and high fructose corn syrups as these will have a tendency

towards initiating agitation and over stimulation of your body

systems. Kundalini is doing this enough!

 

Remove spicy foods from the diet for the same reasons.

 

Please feel free to ask your questions and we will do our level best

to help guide you along this path. Most important is for you to

completely surrender to the Kundalini. No more struggling. Open and

relax and accept the changes that will be forthcoming. - blessings

thank you for the warm welcome

 

my problem is that I already pass some of the things mention in the

website.

 

I have kriyas (of arms and tongue)also i have expirience several

different phenomena of varying degrees, now i have this " knot " at the

base of my skull (where the neck and head join) that kundalini keeps

pushing/heating/making it painful to move my head from side to side,

gives me headaches...sometimes the preassure is immense...as i type i

feel it...can't sleep...

 

 

i can't just do hand position..( i will get an energy shock or my

hands will automatically moved to whatever position it wants them to

be)

 

if i go into nature i'll get electric volts coming up my feet if

barefoot, (one phenomenas was when a tree was sucking me into itself

or was it I sucking it into myself? not sure)

 

food taste weird to me...for a sample I love american cheese, but

today when i try to have a slice while making a sandwich...it tasted

so salty (like putting pure salt in the mouth) that i had to spit it

out of my mouth..gave someone some to try and see if it was the

cheese that was salty but the person said it tasted fine.

 

I'm at it's mercy as i already learned that i will pay if i don't

obey LOL!!

 

but feel stuck don't know which way to go... haven't done no third

eye meditation..(still get visions regardless if i try to evoke them

or not)

 

is like the deeper i go...i stay there...is like there is no going

back

OK Suli,

Similar advice. Surrender to the kriyas. Do not fight them.

That you even know what a kriya is tells me that you probably

already know this.

 

At the point you are in you have very few options. Tjhe best one is

the surrender. Another option is te treat the Kundalini like a

living conscious person and ask it to invoke the kriyas when you are

not at work or only during certain times of the day or night.

 

At the moment do not move the head unless you must. Be careful with

yourself as this will pass but only after the work has been done. A

gentle and I mean gentle massage from the base of the neck to the

base of the shull in gentle upward kneading motions can give some

relief from the pressure.

 

Let the hands and fingers move to their own positions STOP TRYING TO

CONTROL YOUR BODY. Let the Kundalini do this. Make the mental

decision to surrender control. This by itself will work wonders for

you.

 

Also do not be afraid of the strange phhenomena. Like the tree.

 

Zdo not eat the cheese let Kundalini decide your diet. What you CAN

eat will be made abundantly clear.

 

Yes you are at its mercy but you can also receive some help. At this

point though you are doing fine, just still struggling a little with

surrender. Do not worry and do not fear Suli you are alright even

inside of these very strange phenomena. This is a classic awakening

process into the Kundalini for you.

 

Keep going and keep surrendering control. You will be fine and

nurtured in the arms of your Kundalini. Let us know hoe you go and

what other issues you encounter. Let us know daily that you begin to

understand that we are your family nand friends. We care and we can

help you have a very blissful and joyful interaction with your

Yes you are very right that my biggest is allowing myself to surrender

(personality wise i'm not one to surrender/give up easily) to tell you

the truth i don't think i know how! LOL!

 

right now sense that kundalini has made a tiny " crack " on my knot? and

some electric energy volts are traveling in the back of brain but not

actually the brain?

 

have an almost overwhelming need to go and meditate but I can't right

now as life is calling..

 

what should I do? there is another preassure building up inside my head

as I type it's rather nice and cool.

 

by the way will like to say that have dysgraphia hence all typo and

grammatical errors...please excuse them.

As soon as you can go and meditate. Begin to adjust your life around

the Kundalini. Make time for Kundalini to have its way with you. Make

time during the day or night or both. If you do not it can become

painful.

 

The Kundalini Shakti that emanates from this group will also begin to

have an effect upon you so please be aware of this. It is all good but

you may notice an increase in phenomena. Or not it depends upon your

specific situation. But as you open and surrender and learn to accept

the Kundalini with grace and gratitude your journey will become very,

very, good and nice and pleasurable.
