Super Skills

If someone comes up to you and starts to show you how powerful they

are and in how many different ways they can control others do not

fall for this obvious descent into an amoral expression. See this

for the lessons that it holds.

Most Kundalini people will learn from the Shakti or their teacher

that exhibitions of power are for ego expression and attachment

towards self adulation. Be a bit wary of these individuals no matter

how fantastic and proven their claims are. Some can be quite

fantastic yet they are missing aspects of integrity that come with

these skills such as the free will and choice of those they use as

willing or unwilling subjects for their demonstrations.

Do not be quick to praise them silently or vocally as this is a

further impediment to their evolution. Let them be and walk away. Do

not attach to the demonstrations of Super Skills. Allow yourself to

discern that which is truly amazing - Super Skills in the presence

of a non self aggrandizement oriented individual. An ego less

individual who moves with grace and radiates love with out even

knowing or trying. - A gift to all they encounter near and far by

simply being. -

** As some may know I come to this forum and my K Awakening from an

Occult/Wica background. Wica is not too bad in the respect of people

claiming to have 'super skills', but there are many other occult

groups that make these claims all the time. There are the Esoteric

groups who claim that by working your way through their grades you

will eventually become an adept and an awakened soul.

Once you reach their highest grade they claim you are able to

influence peoples thoughts, cast spells to change the weather,

influence others to be your slave and earn riches beyond your wildest

dreams. I was never a member of such a group but I have friends who

are still working through these grades and have spent thousands of

pounds in the process. **

** The main object of these groups is for the adept to gain control

over all they see, make loads of cash and manipulate everyone they

come across. All these 'skills' are ego driven. Anyone who achieves

their goal through luck or hard work, IMHO has sold part of their

soul, and lost a good part of themselves, and their money, along the

way. **

** I have been a member of this group for a couple of months, reading

through the past posts and following members progression with K. I am

now able to look back and take an overall view of the esoteric and

Occult world and see that it has its merits and was helpful to me

along my path, but it is not the answer. Studying K.,

meditating, following the safeties and 5 Tibetans, and having regular

spinal sweeps, has shown me the answer. The lessons learnt along the

way are surrender, trust and killing the ego.**
