polarity energy to relieve pain..part 2*

Hi, I'm new here. I've been reading your posts for about a week.

They're very interesting but I think I'm very different.

 

I use Kundalini energy every day. In the morning, I take in all manner

of thought, ideas, emotion, what have you into my second chakra. It

starts to process in a creative way and moves its way up through the 3rd

chakra into the 4th where everything is treated with compassion, into

the 5th where I express, into the sixth where all manner of wisdom comes

forward and finally into the 7th where my dreams take over and I let go.

All day long, I am using the root chakra to ground...and then the whole

process starts again the next day.

 

How do I heal? Through compassion, through listening, through hands on,

through creativity, through empathy, through telepathy, through

writing...through love and Love with a capital L.

Is there a part of yourself that you wish to heal? Do you have a

musical instrument? Play G sharp. Listen to the tone. Listen, listen

and feel your self harmonize. It corresponds to the back of the throat

chakra. Listen to what the tone tells you about creativity.
