Guest guest
Hi everyone, I'd like to be able to sit in full lotus again but I don't know what stretches to do. I gained temporary flexibility when my K awakened and I could sit in full lotus, but that flexibility faded when the K symptoms died down (probably because I didn't sit in full lotus, or use the flexibility). So any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Cal
Guest guest
When I trained to be a dancer we would sit on the floor every morning and place the souls of our feet together so the knees stuck out to the side and we would rock the legs and try to get the knees closer to the floor and the souls of the feet closer to the crutch area. By doing this every day we can stretch the legs and make them more flexible and allow for the lotus to occur. I hope I explained it ok and well enough for you to try it! good luck love elektra x x x
Guest guest
I think I can try to manage this excerise. Since my bi-lateral hip replacements I have not been able to sit in lotus position for longer than a split second with the use of a floor pillow. For some reason, I feel I can do this by taking tiny baby steps until I achieve full lotus. Thank you for sharing. Denny
