In different circumstances see how you react and make adjustments towards a balance in your responses to emotional stimulus. This is very important. The emotional body will be one of the first areas of response with the Kundalini. You will feel like you have never felt before. That can mean a tremendous amplification of anger or depression or joy. So work on your forgiveness and your grudges (if any) and release the past traumas. Do this over and over.
