Hello everybody. I am new here so just wanted to say hi and thank you

Chrism for allowing me to participate here. My name is Martin, I am

58 and I live in Australia. It is wonderful to have arrived at this

place in my life. For over 40 years I have followed my intuition on

my search for a more spiritual life, through many forms of meditation

etc. It is fascinating to learn now what a great part Kundalini has

played in my journey. Many things that have happened during my

practice are now much clearer to me. I think if the world did nothing

more than practice the safeties it would be an even more wonderful

place to be. Once again thank you so much.
