Guest guest
In addition to Elektra's excellent instruction I will recommend laying on your back with the buttocks against a wall and the legs and feet up and flat against the wall. So the back and head are on the floor the legs and feet are up against the wall. Spread the legs gently apart and feel the gravity pull on them. Feel the stretch as you continue to spread the legs apart. Keep the knees straight as you can. As you do this with the hand in a Karate chop closed finger position gently bounce the side of the hand on the inner thigh area and let that assist and encourage the ligaments to become more acclimated to the stretch. Do this once a day and for about fifteen minutes per session. Do not be in a hurry and be patient with yourself. Going into full lotus with an already active Kundalini will certainly help the flow but isnt needed by those with an existing flow. Much of the information and technology ancient and modern are for the establishment of a Kundalini flow and not much goes into the maintaining and nurturing of an existant flow. So go slow Denny and be aware of your ligaments and their issues. - lol - chrism , Elektra Fire <elektra.fire wrote: > > When I trained to be a dancer we would sit on the floor
