Guest guest
Hi Martin, yes, so many meditation approaches - my experience also - religious services, yoga classes, retreats, manuals (think I even saw an "Idiot's Guide to Meditation" book a while back). But as you can see this Group is multi faceted, comes from so many directions and with such intelligence and commitment that it will take you forward at great speed. Like you, I only now recognise the puzzling episodes that have kept my Kundalini search active over many a long year. My time in this Group leads me to offer you some brief advice: stay one pointed and sensitised, follow the Safeties with complete sincerity, continue to temper your practices with intuition and don't have expectations or impatience. Sometimes the needier one feels for a full Kundalini experience, the more she circles and waits; an elusive, slinky lady that Shakti ....... But there are no false starts, your journey has already begun. Much lies in store !! . ==============================Martin wrote:"I am new here so just wanted to say hi and thank you for allowing me to participate here. My name is Martin, I am 58 and I live in Australia. It is wonderful to have arrived at this place in my life. For over 40 years I have followed my intuition on my search for a more spiritual life, through many forms of meditation etc. It is fascinating to learn now what a great part Kundalini has played in my journey. Many things that have happened during my practice are now much clearer to me. I think if the world did nothing more than practice the safeties it would be an even more wonderful place to be. Once again thank you so much. Many blessings Martin"
