Guest guest Posted September 9, 2008 Report Share Posted September 9, 2008 I have been through a lot lately and it is getting harder to do the 5 Tibetans. I noticed someone else was asking about that. I do the last two on my staircase when I can't do them flat on the floor ... at least I'm staying mobile, and I hope to build up some strength so I can do them properly. I was wondering what would think of this approach for the mobility-challenged <g> ... I haven't come up with an alternative for the leg lifts yet though.
