Guest guest
Hello Beloveds, I've been pondering the two words " attention " and " intention " -- " at " and " in " . We are where we put our attention, and move into where we place our intention. What we think about determines how we feel, and the way we feel influences the way we act most of the time, imho. It takes great effort to be aware of where we're placing our attention each moment. Most of the time we're just carried along and don't notice where our most important point of awareness is. And its easy to forget the power of choice that we have in changing it. Of all the millions of things we can pay attention to, we choose what we land on...it could be a train of thought, a situation that is before us, seeing beyond appearances, or some other focus. Attention, focus, awareness...the steering wheel of our Day. What kind of a drive will you take today? Just pondering again! Guest guest
I feel the words in different areas. Attention is involving the eyes vortexing energy in and flowing it to the brain.. Intention involves the 3rd eye and the manipura chakra, I feel it vortex energy out of the third eye and into the manipura chakra focused by the eyes (Linda probably feels the heart chakra ) Paula.. , " novalees " <dhyana wrote: > > Hello Beloveds, > > I've been pondering the two words " attention " and > " intention " -- " at " and " in " .
