Guest guest
Spinning left to right three times is painful? Doing three leg lifts are painful? Well if this is so then perhaps these are not for you. There is no replacement for the five Tibetans. No alternatives as far as I know exist that will do the same things that they do. I sometimes recommend certain breathing techniques or chi gung or tai chi so if these interest you they might be worth a try. One must be able and willing to move the body. If not one can experience some very painful experiences. There are many ways to do this and as you have mentioned having spinal sweeps in the past as well as some other K related phenomena perhaps your path is directed towards moving the energy through service towards others though that can take many different forms. There is no way around the Tibetans. They are the best and most balanced way of conditioning for the Kundalini. Some will just do one then when that is strong they move to the next and so forth. Others do them all at once. The choice of application is up to you Brandi. - blessings and balance to you Brandi! - chrism , Brandi Jasmine <jazztalk wrote: Honestly, painful ... last night I could not even do three ... > Brandi >
