Hi everyone, I just found the KAS site yesterday, and was very

impressed. I just now joined this group. I have been experiencing

quite a lot of buzzing, tingling electrical type feelings lately,

quite intense at times. (Though nothing like some of the accounts on

KAS!) Started a mantra meditation recently after not doing so for

years, and began getting more intense energy in tailbone and head.

Streetlights and cassette players act up sometimes; researching that

it seems not uncommon. Fortunately chronic tense feelings are being

joined by at least periodic calm peaceful states at times lately. The

" Safeties " look good to me. I may not post much as I type _very_

slowly! I appreciate you guys being here as a source of the wisdom of

experience anyhow, and look forward to learning from you. Kieran.

Welcome, Kieran, looking forward to getting to know you. There are many

here who only post once in a while. It is good that you have found

the " safeties " already. They are great!
