This can become a self fulfilling expectation. Kundalini can change things around in that expression giving one more energy and energetic reserves with which to meet the day. It will want a certain amount of time for its expression and acceptance from you and often the early morning hours (the golden hours) are for the Kundalini. So I would advise you not to force yourself back to sleep and not to feel as if you need to. Let your life begin to make some adjustments in its expressive dynamics. Let some habits change. Let some flexibility enter into your experience in this regard. Nothing is wrong. You are doing well to have this occur.
