Safeties & the Shaktipat

The safeties are not a menu of activities one can do or not do with

regard to the Shaktipat. They are a practice that one does daily -

all of them. Best case is that they become a way of life.

 

The inner dynamic of the safeties is up to the person. The honesty

and the integrity of the practice is read by the Kundalini of the

person and the Kundalini that is being used to give the Shaktipat.

This can effect a person's activation within the Shaktipat as is

given here.

 

Please read and re-read the safeties. Look for the places where you

can improve your practice. You will be guided to know where these

places are. Please commit to all of the safeties from the locks to

the Tibetans to the breathing to the recapitulations to everything

inbetween the first and the last letter. Even these are merely a

start as your process will take you into areas that will move beyond

the safeties.

 

There are plenty of people here who do not follow these protocols

and thier Kundalini is flowing and working just fine for them, so

please do not feel I am speaking in absolutist terms with regards to

the safeties and the Kundalini. It is merely with the Shaktipat as

is given here, by me, that they are a requirement. Kundalini comes

for many various reasons and in many various ways for many various

namaste chrism

 

i think i heard your voice last night, very subtle and almost as an

afterthought, come through and tell me to relax everything will be ok.

this was after i had an episode where i woke up in the dream state and

was freaked out because of the pressure on my head, escalating loud

whoooshing noises,and energetic sensations. this has been happening

often and i wish i could let go of my fearful response to it. i hope

that with the shaktipat coming up, i will have more opportunity to get

over that response and approach the kundalini in a more loving and

accepting manner

HI mikael

 

I can remember that period of time when kundalini was working within

me in much of the same way you are describing . I would use the

" Goddess Mantra " from the kas website at night before I went to sleep

.. Using this mantra would definitely bring shakti in physical form to

my dream state . She would speak with me in the dream and the

following morning I would feel more at peace and have a more

conditioned energy frequency when kundalini would begin moving again .

 

I cannot say if this will be helpful to you but it really help me

through my initial fearful responses when kundalini would bring new

physical symptoms .

Hi Mikael! Sounds like the K. I have had these same sensations, some of which end up in an OBE. The best thing I have found is to completely relax and surrender to them. It took a few times to relax, but now when these experiences happen I am able to look at them from another perspective, more of an observer. Once you reach that point, it really becomes interesting. Don't be too hard on yourself about the fear, you will work through it.

When I recite this mantra, I have a palpable energy/presence that starts at the root chakra and continues upward. Usually by the time I reach the 9th repetition it is out through my crown. I had to curtail this several times because as the energy would reach my crown, my daughter would cry out in her sleep.

I think you're spot on with your safeties because they're natural to the whole

process. I

didn't have any guidance during my own awakening. I evolved into the safeties

you've

written. If all are practiced, it's easier to keep the ego in check and gain

deep insight.

Wish I knew all of this earlier on.
