Please being in an active process of balance within the emotional

expressions. Really be active in this area. Dont do it once and feel

the job is done. Do it over and over. Practice the seven steps given

in the first lesson post.

 

Kundalini will often begin to express through the emotions before it

comes up the spine. So please be advised of this and make the needed

effort in order to maintain your emotional sanity during these aspects

of the early journey. -
