And yet being outside of duality and in it at the same time Kundalini can be both. Follow your guidance. You know that much of the Kundalini, the vast majority of it is far beyond the spoken or written word. Compressed communications such as telepathy are far more adept at describing its meanings and feelings and interactions upon the individual. Yes it can be difficult to describe to your spouse. Happy to know she loves you anyway!! - lol. Some things can only be painted with an obscure brush. Go with what you can at this point in your awakening Jonathan.
