Guest guest
Hi Paula, good luck with the shadow work. I wrote a short book (which I called 21st Century Hunter) about chasing down my shadow, about hunting the parts of myself that had been frozen and blocked. Some issues were deep; I could see how they manifested, but couldnt always find the source) and what I used to do was designg experiments and consciously commit myself to situations where the issue would be bought into awareness, and then I would use my awareness to go in..and K raising the energy levels in my body also helped. It was tough...sometimes weeks of relentless tension, exhaustion, every fiber in my body screaming to get out of there, dark nights, but it was driven by a desire for wholeness.... good luck for the process...the process to willingly head into the deepest darkness requires an extraordinary resolve and courage and strength...and there is always light after the darkness... love Bruce I am badly chasing my shadow about being born from rape and the > > > feelings of rejection that arose from it.
