For all who want to begin and end the Shaktipat

at the same time does, please check the

timezone map for your starting time:

http://www.worldtimezone.com/

Shaktipat begins Monday, 3am West Coast,US Time

See what time that is in your timezone.

Each " Day " is a 24 hour period.

Example:

If 3 am Pacific Time is 8 pm where you are then

Shaktipat Day One begins at 8pm for you, and goes

until 8pm the next day. Day two starts then and goes

to 8pm the next day, etc.

For our new members who will be participating

in the upcoming Shaktipat beginning next week,

we will be doing chakra breathing as we move

through the chakra system. If you'd like

to review what that is ahead of time, check the

Chakra Breathing File in our files section.

Also there are articles about each chakra for

each day of Shaktipat in The Seven Chakras File.

Not mandatory reading, just for your enjoyment.

Instructions for each days practice will be

posted daily. No need to wonder. Also, the whole

weeks instructions will also be posted the night

before Shaktipat begins, for those

who will be away from the computer for the week.

Please post any questions. Smoothing out the

bumps now may allow for a more focused and

sacred week!

dhyana

Hey, I have a question, dhyana.Last Shaktipat, I remember the instructions went something like "Tibetans, Chakra Breathing, Meditate - follow these instructions exactly".Are we not supposed to do the Forgiveness/Gratitude/Surrender/Prayer/Alternate Breathing like we do daily before we meditate? I skipped those last time because it wasn't listed in the Shaktipat instructions and it said "do exactly as stated" but I have a feeling that I misunderstood. Thanks,Alicenovalees
