I skipped those last time because it wasn't listed in the Shaktipat instructions and it said " do exactly as stated " but I have a feeling that I misunderstood. > > Thanks, > Alice > > > > > novalees <dhyana > > Friday, September 19, 2008 11:10:25 AM > Some Preparations for Shaktipat Week > > > Please post any questions. Guest guest
Excellent work Alice, Yes continue your emotional practice I.E. the forgivenesses and tolerance etc. Do not do the breathing except for what is given during the Shaktipat. Meditate as is normal for you and add what is given in the Shaktipat instructions. Chakra breathing as is given for Shaktipat only. Tibetans as is given for them inside the Shaktipat. Colors as are given for them. Remember the cumulativeness of these instructions. Try and keep the K in mind as much as you can without it interfereing with job and kids and loved ones. Rather see it as part of them and you. - blessings Alice please feel free to ask other questions as they come! - chrism
