Guest guest
For those who have had Kundalini for some time now feel free to add your feelings and thoughts. There are more than a few of you here and your wisdoms and experiences are valuable so if you feel the expressive desire please know your thoughts and experiences will be respected and appreciated. -
Guest guest
Well, this " Kundalini senior " has something to add, lol....I woke up with pain and a feeling of swelling in my right knee this morning...I have done NOTHING to cause an injury, no work in the yard or unusual physical activity. Then I remembered that we're in a scatterfield and that Shaktipat will begin in 2 days. A year ago, the first day of Shaktipat, suddenly my LEFT leg began to hurt terribly...the entire leg including the knee, and the pain moved up into the left hip before the day was done. The pain lasted all day. The next day I woke up and the pain was gone. Looks like my K is working on my RIGHT leg this year! Wishing everyone a great (and relatively painless, lol) Shaktipat! Guest guest
I rarely get the physical symptoms anymore from kundalini . Every thirty to forty-five days , i will have a series of spinal sweeps over a few days . The last sweep of energy I had a couple weeks ago was very strong . During the process i could feel my physical body get very weak and had what some people term " vibrational flu " for about eight hours afterwords . It's been a wonderful journey so far and the breaks in between the sweeps of kundalini are well needed for my physical body to fully recover and sync with my energetic bodies . Guest guest
I am not quite sure what you mean by seniors? If its down to age, then yes I am a senior, but if its down to experience then I don't really know? But I have learned a few things during this present Shaktipat/Sitepat. The importance of fasting. I love my food and really didn't want to fast, but my body had other ideas. On Thursday I got a tummy upset with a feeling of nausea so I could not eat without feeling ill. I was working during the day but had to leave early because I felt faint. I took Friday off and today - Saturday is the third day of my fast. I've been drinking bottled water, and fruit juices and herbal teas. This morning I had a sweep that went smoothly and quite differently than the others I've had. This time I felt as if more of my 'veins' were carrying the energy and heat. It also felt as if little ants were crawling along my veins pulling the heat behind them as if they were pulling warm copper wires. Soon all? my veins felt warm and alive then I felt the snake crawling up my back as if it was just under my skin, between my skin and spine. It got as far as the back of my throat and I had to gulp while remembering to keep my tongue locked. I have now experienced how important the locks and fasting are, and I would advise all not to think they can miss out and part of the preparations. You may still feel the energy and other effects but miss out on the depth of what is possible. Guest guest
Hi Claudia, Thanks for sharing your experiences. For the past two days I too have been experiencing a mysterious aching in my right hip with no apparent cause. I thought it was just because I am a 'senior' but I feel much happier knowing there may be a higher purpose at work :-). I have also been experiencing some interesting happenings with my emotions. Either a feeling of great joy or great sadness. These emotions are not as a result of anything external but coming from within. It is not a disturbing experience but a feeling of joy at recognising these feelings and letting them go. A feeling of renewal. Many blessings Martin , " Claudia " <newtfoodbowl wrote: > > Well, this " Kundalini senior " has something to add, lol....I woke up > with pain and a feeling of swelling in my right knee this morning...I > have done NOTHING to cause an injury, no work in the yard or unusual > physical activity. Guest guest
I AM the One I AM " àäéä àùø àäéä, or " I AM whatever I need to become " . That is a bit of wisdom from an ancient Pythagorean school of Mastery or Mystery. What would you wish to know? What I know about Kundalini began much like a_seventh_son's (brian) journey and would offer mostly the same wisdom. Because of the 42 years of being with kundalini I'm not sure anymore what being normal is. From my experiences I would say what is happening to you is happens to us all. It is that you should be more aware, alive and with a greater awareness of knowledge that has always stood before you and how accessible it is. In my 61 years as of today through this adventure I have had one great question, " why me " ? That would apply to all ranges of this seesaw life of K that I have been on. All I can think of are words from a Moody Blues song " Ride My See-Saw " Ride My See-Saw (John Lodge) I worked like a slave for years, Sweat so hard just to end my fears. Not to end my life a poor man, But by now, I know I should have run. Left school with a first class pass, Started work but as second class. School taught one and one is two. But right now, that answer just ain't true. My world is spinning around, Everything is lost that I found. People run, come ride with me, Let's find another place that's free. You will live and become what you need to be! WOW, I'm a senior, TY chrism.

Guest guest
I'm always happy to share experiences. I'm not short of a word or two, as you all know (thanks for putting up with me). Feeling a bit under the weather today with a migraine and all it's symptoms. Slept two times during the day, unheard of for me! Feeling a bit better but still having off and on hot flashes. Hope to feel better by start of Shaktipat! I look forward to hearing from everyone and I will share anything I notice that might be of interest. My best advice apart from what has already be given is " Go with the Flow! " . Love to all, Valarie
