Do a series of Ommmmms after you do the last of your daily Shaktipat practice. Open the mouth wide and in an O shape and slowly draw it down and closed in to the mmmmmmmm of the name. Do this about thirty times and make them all long and deep and relaxed. Feel the Shaktipat as you do this.
