Guest guest
i use this method. it works. - 1 - lie down on the floor - the real ground connected to the Earth. My floor is 2 meters above the ground and it is wooden, I have to go out and lie down on the Earth. wooden floor did not help. - 2 - hands down, focus on the first chakra and breath in deep. - 3 - breath out and WILL that energy goes up the spine ans weep all chakras, to the top of the head and OUT. Will the flow of energy upward and out. Will that places with accumulated energy blocks, release the energy to the upward flow. repeat, until all released. Guest guest
" Willing " the Kundalini creates the illusion of having control over it. Willing energy as one feels it can cause more pain as painful Kundalini is a mere aspect of the infusion itself. Blockages are asking for balancing and issues are needing to be resolved. There is no short cutting away from these aspects. Sometimes we have pain when we grow as we stretch our bodies in ways that are not the usual movements and this can sometimes cause pain. Nobody is making the claim that Kundalini is completely painless. Being on the ground is effective but using your mind to " control " the Kundalini may not be the most effective practice as it creates a pattern of desired expectation which can lead one into frustration and more pain as the Kundalini begins to assert its natural authority regardless of a persons willpower. One does not will spinal sweeps. One wills what they " think " a spinal sweep is and this isnt typically anything close to the real thing. Once one has them naturally the memory of a sweep can be enough to initiate another one but one must have the Kundalini example first. Pain is often a needed structure of education within the awakening process. Though it is good to work " with " the Kundalini by initiating earth based grounding techniques as is suggested here. " Fixing " the pain given to a person from Kundalini is not what I would suggest. I would suggest following the pain to its source and releasing any kind of control over how the Kundalini makes its agenda felt. After that I would ask the Kundalini itself why the pain is needed and if there is a remedy for it that does not interfere with its process. This was how watermelon was given as a remedy for the kidney and adrenal ssues. Kundalini is more intelligent than any five sense individual and its answers often come in wsays that are not verbal though sometimes verbal answers are given. Look to the dream life for answers. Look to symbols and feelings and pictures and visions. These are common communication modalitites of the Kundalini. - my take - chrism , " Shahin " <sh1963sh wrote: - 3 - breath out and WILL that energy goes up the spine ans weep all > chakras, to the top of the head and OUT.
