and i thought i was a dud

Hi Everyone,

Have really enjoyed reading the group's messages this week and more so

realising that Denny is on, and for Ann who is having Shaktipat activity for

the first time. Yes? this is the first Shaktipat for You? It is my first.

So I wanted to share that on day one during the first tibetan set of the

day I felt my base chakra open. On evening two, after the last set of the

Tibetan exercises and meditation I felt my body rattle from tail bone to

neck and later heard sounds inside my head maybe above my palate. Sounds in

the head or ear sound strong though not painful. Last night during the last

Meditation for me, I heard a lot of tick tick tick tick around the left

side of my head only.

Regarding dreams.....I have the touch sense where I could feel my fist and

thumb inside of my dog's mouth, and feel another person hug me. since

becoming K active my dreams got very 3 D with extreme detail to human faces

that appear doll-like. I was feeling like a dud with kriyas for months and

months but no third eye activity.

I feel like I'm stuck on this heart chakra but I'm going to do the Tibetan

exercises for day four and the remaining shaktipat directions during the

next days.
