You feel it out and decide. Go into nature and touch base the with the living force of life around you. Bare feet to bare ground if you can. Contemplation in this way can also be beneficial. Just liv and feel the love for all creation dominate your heart. Consider giving service to another. Think about it and devise ways for you to do so. If you havent started your forgiving of others and of yourself please do so and you may wish to realize that gratitude tolerance, forgiveness, are also aspects of love that can help the person inside of the Kudalini expereince. Going with the flow and working in tandem with it is not a way of ego control over it unless for some reason it becomes so for the individual. Chant if the Kundalini helps you to feel it is beneficial. If you do not receive this guidance then do not chant until you do. Singing a song of love and happiness may be more appropriate. Enjoy this blessed experience as much as you can Sibu. It is a rare gift and an awesome one.
