Guest guest
thanks so much friends for all your warmth, welcome and advice. I would wish to go ahead with all this Chris said and much more but these days I have so much pain that I feel like giving up. I feel lost and exhausted; I am not optimistic enough. I am all the more disheartened that when I try to engage in the spiritual activities, my pain often aggravates. In my heart I feel no hope.I am sorry friends for saying such sad, pessimistic things but thats how I am feeling now. Meanwhile I would like to know what you mean by disemberment. Yeah Claudia makes sense ;maybe it means I was trying to resist something/ confront the fox/pul it away so I ended up getting hurt p.s- Sarita doesnt mean princess ..it means a river- a flowing river
Guest guest
Many of us have gone through those times of depression, hopelessness, pain, feeling lost. This is a normal part of the process that we have to work through. Have you looked at the links I posted for you? Read over the website and get started on the Safeties right away, I think they will help smooth all this out for you. Best of luck, you will work it out! Sarita does mean princess in Hebrew. I am not Hindi OR Jewish though, I am an Italian/Irish Flowing Princess, LOL. Guest guest
You have reached a point in your spiritual development where the divine is a more active part of your physical being. Sometimes (often) this physical spiritual expression needs to be given time for its early development in the person for the body to be adjusted in order to hold the strong amperage of Kundalini without as much pain. As Kundalini is an extreme energetic expression, the vessel (your body) can only take so much of it at certain times during the infusion. The body needs time to adjust and discontinuing the devotional practice gives it this opportunity. There will be other areas that demand change as well. So I suggest no spiritual activities such as praying or meditation, yoga or any devotional practice as this increases the Kundalini energetic load. Too much and pain will occur. And this pain will go across all human expressions. From the emotional to the mental psychologic and to the physical. You may feel depressed and alone and this is part of that pain. Confused with some memory issues or slow learning, dullness, to the actual aches and pains of the physical expression. Hurting joints and headaches and a general malaise. It is a way of teaching you to " not do " certain activities. Same occurs with the diet. I suggest that the person learns from these feelings. It is part of the surrendering process and will greatly enable the person to experience the " flowing with Kundalini " as opposed to fighting or resisting it. These symptoms are temporary once the person learns to flow with the Kundalini and shift their activities into venues that are different than those that are causing energetic overloads. Best wishes to all that are in this phase. - chrism , " s.tibu " <s.tibu wrote: >thanks so much friends for all your warmth, welcome and advice.
