Guest guest
I aqsked this question in another group and was recommended I also ask the question here as well. How do you know if you are OBE'ing if you sense you are in the void or thenothingness zone. Denny
Guest guest
Denny, that space can be a horrid place to me and i have been there more than twice. Once whilst visisting another planet and was hit by an energy feild another time when falling of a wave another time when after being attacked by a lion at the back of the neck, those times may have been dreams and they all related to death. I was then wondering what would happen if i did not wake up after a death dream. However i have also exsperienced a second type was deffenently obe and kundalini related and was when i overcome the fear related to the body locking up with the sirens roaring aload. at this time i felt locked and trapped in my body for quite a few hours. there was also a presence in the room i felt was watching me. At the time i could manipulate temperature at will i could see every chakra and colour recite every mantra that thier petals sounded. ealier in the evening visions would go flashing though my mind as quick as a movie film going past a lens. All the time this presence was there and i never ventured to leave the body. Instaed I chose to remain whitnessing what was happening within. this was brought about by quite an intensive saddhana where I trained myself to be able to constantly wittness the flow of breath. Guest guest
To me the void is a place of rest..safety, a lot like being in the womb actually. From there you can go anywhere in a blink of an eye, just mentally think where you would like to be, what you would like to experience and you will be there. When that happens you will know you are out of body. It may be some what hard to stay aware while you are there, though. With practice it is possible. Guest guest
If you are processing your experience with the conscious mind, with the " beta " brain waves, and you are in the astral or dream state then you are having an OBE or a lucid dreaming experience. Doesn't matter where you are in the astral or other dimensions. Your state of consciousness or LOC " level of consciousness " is the arbiter of your cogent experience, in my experience. The void is a place that is only a void to those who do not know how to interact in those areas. Believe me it is not as empty as it seems as there are many forms of consciousness there. Learning to interact and perceive is the way towards understanding. Being open to the new experience and being curious as to how consciousness is expressed in the astral will propel one forward because as you think and feel so can it become real in those places. Which is why it is so helpful that one becomes as fearless as possible before spending much time there. Control of thoughts and feelings will help one to navigate these places. If one were to go to the void and initiate a thought protocol that person could be very pleasantly surprised at how effectively one can travel. In the case of the Kundalini though let it guide you in these places. Become cognizant of the Kundalini while you are dreaming or having a lucid or OOB experience. This shift will give you the information you need to do what you wish or as is called for you to do. - , " Denny " <dennynorton wrote: >I aqsked this question in another group and was recommended I also ask the question here as well. Guest guest
Thank you all for your responses to my curious question. The 1st time I was in the nothingness area I panicked. On the 2nd go around I decided to let it just be and observe. Even though I could not see anything because of the darkness I felt many presenses there. In some areas from a distance I saw flickerings of blue light followed by bright gold halos. I have these experiences on rare occasions not as often a I'd like for them to happen. I am no longer fearful of this. Denny
