When I read an article by Chris it said that " the energy flow maybe for seconds or minutes depending upon need " however my energy flows up for hours and sometimes whole day or night.Its not that I am engaging in spiritual activity too much these days. Even one hour or say two or even half or fifteen minutes send a lot of energies and the energy keeps flowing for long periods even when I am not so much 'spiritually' active. I am taking long breaks im btw too from my spiritual activities even though I dont wish to In the beginning days of my activation this wasnt so as the energies would flow occasionally , smoothly and blissfully but now I wonder why they just continue all time and with pain too many times. Sometime back I had told a friend about my headaches - he said if you feel that kundalini is over reacting you must meet a Guru.But I hadnt thought of this then as I couldnt make out what is over reacting of kundalini and what isnt. But now this has occured to me since I havent been able to concntrate since many weeks well on my spiritual activity at allll (most worrying part)because energy erupts and is painful or atleast distracting. is something wrong?
