Guest guest
At 06:49 AM 9/29/2008, you wrote: " why cant you have mercy on the mother and are forcing it without your mind being pure ..first control your mind and be situated in samadhi; let kundalini rise when you are pure " Now I never 'forced' my kundalini; if its awakened its not in my hands and I thought it was an insensitive opinion. But my question is why why why and why always such things are said? What is the reason Because there are all too real dangers present in the process. It's not insensitive to say to a child " Look both ways before crossing the street " , or to warn them of the dangers of " good touch " versus " bad touch " . I see a theme here about perceived criticism. Not just for you, but for everyone, for just a moment, go to your center, and pretend that criticism isn't an attack, that it's a gesture of LOVE. The person is not saying " you are wrong " , it is just their way of saying " I love you, I fear for your well being " . How does this change your response to the information they are offering? Do this with as many instances of criticism as you can remember. It can be incredibly healing. Brandi
