Guest guest
It has come to you naturally and therefore you need not defend yourself dear friend. Neither would I suggest bringing it up in conversation with those who have not been awakened by it for they truly do not know of what they speak regarding the Kundalini. They are innocent of the experience and of the knowledge that comes from the experience. They cannot help you. And indeed as you have experienced may merely pass on fears about the Kundalini towards you. These fears serve a very good purpose. They help to keep those not ready for the process away from the process. Not everyone pays attention and in so doing they can have some very frightful and damaging experiences which are the bulk of writings about the Kundalini on the internet or was last I checked. Purity isn't what we as ego little selves think it is. Purity is an act of surrender. Purity is an ego less state of being or a consciousness leaning in that direction. A place of intent mixed with natural proclivities. Purity in you will take care of itself if you merely practice the safeties. Few others outside of yourself will be able to understand let alone make a judgment on the status of your purity. From now on I would suggest that you do not go there conversationally with your friends or family and let the Kundalini continue within you as it designs a journey that is for you alone. Outside of us who share your journey or have similar solo journeys. Friends and family will come into this eventually and in the time as required by their soul development but perhaps not yet in this time. Or perhaps they will and will look to you as a guide. Either way I would suggest that you refrain from communicating the experience unless it is to those who have been there are there at this very moment. Your facial kriyas will continue until they have rewired the energetic structure or your face and will move into other areas of the body. Let this occur and if it is commented on you can truthfully say you are exercising your facial muscles! You have a good flow and it is clear to me that you will have a less painful experience than those who awakened without knowledge or community to help smooth some of the fears based on the " unknown " . Kundalini is an extreme blessing. - So you are blessed to the extreme! - Enjoy! - chrism , " s.tibu " <s.tibu wrote: >Namaste all This thing I have been seeing and so I wonder why people always talk about Kundalini as dangerous, and dont have anything to speak well to > anyone who talks of kundalini awakening. Guest guest
Hi s.tibu... here is my experience with kundalini. It came to me while I was in a coma in the hospital. I woke up with this word on my mind. I was ignorant to it's meaning at that time. I asked a friend of mine to get a gold book about kundalini. It just so happens she had this book in her jeep, she is metaphysical and had just learned of it herself. I read this book and I still pick it up often to re-read. I was never fearful of kundalini, inquizative yes. I went with the flow. I learned early on that there are people who are just very closed minded and have set there belief system up in place for their own comforts. I do not discuss to anyone about kundalini unless K guides me in that direction or if the person actually brings up the topic. Kundalini changes us, our thought processes, visions, lifestyle, etc. Kundalini knows when you are ready for the next lesson, and there are many lessons to learn. Patiance is the 1st one ! You ask a good question and I hope others will share theirs as well. Denny

Guest guest
Purity is in all actions and graces of creation. It often awaits the removal of societal placed ego influences. - my take on it. - chrism
