i have had k flowing most of the week in various degrees - and the

other day while in bed i had this beautiful flush over my body - it

lasted for a time - i had never felt love like this before - i have a

feeling it is what some of you have talked about the feeling of love

that comes - when you feel love for all things- all people- this was

love given to me from my k and i cherish the remembrance -

 

so thank you dear teacher ...

Namaste Chrism,

 

I also thank you from my heart. I have had varying experiences with K

over the past week or so. The highlights were the feelings over

overwhelming love for my ex. The one person I thought I could never

feel that way about again. I have had spinal sweeps some the same as

my first and some quite different, but all wondrous.

 

The safeties have helped the process and I would advise everyone

here, especially the new members, to follow the safeties to the

letter. I have used the Shaktipat energies to work with the constant

pain I suffer and I have managed to half my pain killer prescription.

It has not been easy and I have had to take time off work, but it has

been worth it.
