Guest guest
Hello dear Richard, Welcome! Take a look at our website, where you'll find all kinds of information about Kundalini. www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com The " Safeties " are our practice for a safe awakening, and you may find them to be very helpful if you decide to continue along this path. So check them out, too. Again, a warm welcome to you! love, dhyana , " redmen_lfc " <redmen_lfc wrote: > > hi my name is richard and i am very interested in learning all about > kundalini my search for truth has lead me here after losing interest in > material subjects and hobbies and i dont have the passion for this > world of control. and i have been looking within myself for answers.i > have been doing a little research in to kundalini and would like to > jump straight in (just excited at the prospect of truth)would anyone be > so kind in giving me a few do's and dont's for my journey.i recently > downloaded some audio that explains some breathing techniques with > subtle music in the background it.i practiced this meditation for 2 or > 3 times and felt like i had gone somewhere whilst doing it but i wasnt > asleep i remember seeing the colour blue like a navy blue all around > which faded. and the visions i saw i had problems maintaining them.can > anyone give some advice for iam realy new to kundalini. > > thanks for any help in advance > > richard >
Guest guest
Hi and welcome, a good place to start is with the safeties listed on our website: http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/the-safeties.html I recommend beginning the 5 tibetans and doing the compression breathing, also praying to deity (which ever one feels right to you, Shakti maybe, or jesus) for your awakening. Never be in a hurry to get the kundalini, let her come on her terms, you just need to focus on dedication and surrender. Keeping the emotions balanced and the body hydrated and healthy is also important. Blue is the colour of shakti/kundalini and is a good sign, well done. Guest guest
Welcome Richard! I see some of the others already gave you links to our website. There is a wealth of information there. It sounds like you are in a hurry to awaken your Kundalini. It might be a good idea to read a lot of information before making that decision. Rushing is not necessarily the best way to approach the K. It is a blessed path, but one you want to be as ready as possible for. Guest guest
Welcome Richard, Happy that you have found us, and are on the path of your way home. Follow Chrism's advice and the extra advice given by Elektra and you will be fine. That advice has served us all very well.
