About the time my kundalini kicked up 6 weeks ago(?) i developed a

rash under both armpits that is clear in the center. I just assumed it

is heat related. If I wash it with soap and put rash cream on it it

will disappear for a day or more. Like I said i think it's just

because of the increased heat in my body combined with bacteria under

my arm. Is this something anyone else has had.

Hi Tilly! Little rashes and skin irritations are common with the K. recommends keeping those areas very clean and dry.

Funny that you should mention this and I have had the same thing

for a week now, but it is only in one small area and never had

anything like this except for poison oak! I was at the L.A. County

Fair last weekend and thought I got bit by something when

petting and feeding the animals. It is a rash in one small

area and itches and mine has not disappeared. I was wondering

if it was K related as well.

Kind regards...Angelina

Thanks - Good to know. I have already decided to clean (armpits) twice

a day with soap and see if the rash stays away. As for dry, well it is

very still quite warm here in Texas but i don't have a/c in my truck...

try himalayan salt crystal , its has a bicarbonate effect that kills

bacteria,(it's the bacteria that causes pongs) and allows your body to

still flow without blocking your pores with chemicals, don't get the

sticks but an actual real chunk it lasts forever!

Thank you Paula and will have to try Himalayan salt crystal!

Does anyone have an idea how K can cause a rash? I may have

picked up something from petting the animals at the L.A.

County Fair and not washed my hands well enough after petting

and feeding them, because I didn't want to get my watch wet in

the huge basin everyone was using and touched my skin in the

area that is irritated, not sure.

Kind regards...Angelina

Thanks & Paula for the suggestions.I've only used the cream

occasionally and I haven't used the commercial

anti-antiperspirants/deodorants since the 1980's. I usually use a

teatree deodorant but will try the himalayan salt crystal.
