This isnt uncommon no worries. Keep it clean and dry if you can. Try

not to drown it in creams. Kundalini rashes sometimes accompany an

awakening and they are to be kept clean and treated as naturally as

possible. Raw aloe vera from the plant is helpful. But open air and

clean frictionless care is often a good remedy.

Please also look at the inner thighs and the rectal areas for heat

rashes as well. Make sure you " move " the energy in ways that are

supported by the safeties such as service oriented activities etc.

This actions will also have an effect upon the rashes as the energy

is " moved through the system " avoiding any kind of stagnation event.

Baking soda baths are also recommended. - blessings Sharon. - chrism

I hope I can add a little here too...

I know for me I react quickly these days to too much perfume, cologne

or other smells as well. Especially less 'pure' ones. Also, if you are

wearing deodorant, even if it was fine in the past, you may wish to

find a more natural one, or wear much less of it if you can.

The food aspects of the safeties may help as well. I think many of us

quickly feel 'off' if we stray too far from the food guidelines.

Thanks. I only use all-natural products on my body and for laundry,

etc, have for years. Also I only use oils made with essential oils for

scent and just a dab at that. Put some Downey, Cheer etc in my laundry

if you want to see me break out in a rash lol.

Cheers Sharon, I noticed you mentioned that in later posts, I didn't

catch them yet since I sometimes reply to the 'daily digest'.

Chrism did suggest before to me at one point to 'find the sacredness'

in bathing. The sort of ritual beautiful aspect of cleaning yourself.

Be thankful and joyous for every part of your body.

Perhaps too you are far enough along now that negativity of any type,

not just food and chemicals can affect you physically. Maybe there is

a corelation between some thoughts you had or heard, a stressful

environment, or a negative person you were around before your rash

came.

I'm sure you can figure out! If all else fails, brush up even more on

your safeties as the more we apply them also seems to be great for

our health, not just to help the Kundalini. Hope I gave you an idea

or two!

When you used Downy ~ did you break out in a rash in various part of

your body and was it hard to get rid of? I started using Downy again,

after not using it for a long time a couple of weeks ago and that is

when the rash started. When you had a rash from it, did it itch?

Kind regards...Angelina
