Guest guest
A cross post from : 2012-Apocalypse-A-New-Beginning/ We already take our subsistance from the Sun. Early morning sunlightis of a special quality to be sure. Thee are ways of taking it in. Ido support oblique luminous optic nerve stimulation. Not Sun gazing.Rather allowing unfiltered Sunlight into the optic nerve at obliqueangles. Sunlight also carries a heavy prana load that can be breathed.Through breathing and through mere contact and sight can a K active individualtake sustenance from the energetic environment.Breathing through thehands and feet and heart and through the eyes with the lungs. The menu has many frequencies to choose from. But one must be ableto get to that place of commestable "free range" energy first. I do recommend oblique Sun saturation rather than direct Sun gazing. In the oblique practice one merely keeps the eyes uncovered by sunglasses and feels the impact of the Sunlight as it is reflected through the myriads of frequencies generated by its reflection through the vast amount of creation that is represented in and on the Earth. It is the prana from the Sun reflected through the creative frequency of other life forms that alters the prana in ways that allow it a range of frequency that is consumable. The ingestion of prana from the oblique angles of the Sun itself is also commestable. This practice will "not" destroy the cone and rod cells of the eyes. The destruction of these cells is a fastrack towards blindness. -
Guest guest
Sungazing done properly does not destroy cones and rods either, sunyogiji has been looked at by eye specialists and researched extensively by the science community, his eyes are perfect. You do not stare directly in to the sun but unfocused and just above. love elektra x x x
Guest guest
When done properly perhaps. The cost of a mistake is too much for me though. Sun can be eaten in other ways that are not as costly if a mistake is made. I am not doubting you at all Elektra, merely the practice. - love to you dear friend. - chrism , Elektra Fire <elektra.fire wrote: >Sungazing done properly does not destroy cones and rods either,
Guest guest
True, just like k activation, if done without hard work and precaution it can be dangerous, most energy practice or sports should be taken very seriously and not played around with for amusement, like Kung-fu (which means hard work in chinese), all things should be approached with discipline and research. love e x x x
