Everyone who reads and partakes on this forum is going to be visited by this energy. Regardless of your belief system or lineage or mindset. Shakti isnt affected by these " human sociological systems " . This energy will have a tendancy to sharpen your issues for you. Meaning that you may be " pushed " into resolving some of the personal issues you have been neglecting. Dont resist. Go into the safeties and begin to practice them regardless of if you are or are not going to have the Shaktipat. It will also allow for a physical sensate celebration of you. This will often be felt as a form of giddy happiness that you will find no source for in your daily life. This is real. There is nothing wrong and nothing to be frightend of.
