Guest guest
Fresh breeze and leaves falling, pine needles all over. Colder now. Night, partial moon. Stars. Red squirrels have been frantic all day. We get galaxies up here, no light to push them back. And the coyotes howl. On the hunt, you can hear them and the progress of the hunt. Most likely a deer. They all run, fast and faster and in the end as fast as they can.. as we all do. I'm just out here to pee on the compost. The lead coyote is loud, snarling and howling to the night. Prayers to the the night. Prayers for a good kill. You can hear the screams of the prey. Life is like that. One more taken down. I'm na$ed out there running with the pack. They are my brothers and sisters, looking for food. I sense and feel them. I do not see a right and wrong in it. I see life. Peace my friends Don
Guest guest
The hunt also needs to eat. We are consumed as we consume which is consumed when we are consumed.- lol. We are the hunter and the hunted all in one package. Even in our own bodies does the hunt go on. Ask any Cytotoxic T cell* what the cancer cell tastes like when it is being " consumed " after having been hunted. Cancer sushi I imagine. - Nice post Don. - chrism * http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T_cell , merlin wrote: > I'm just out here to pee on the compost.
