Guest guest
Thank goodness the Kundalini can be very tactile in multiple venues of expression John. A Kriya if a person knows what that is will certainly dispell any doubts about what is occurring. Waking up in the middle of the night in a yoga position without any memory of getting into it can also be helpful in ones abililty to accept strange phenomena as real phenomena. Healing other people is a gift of the Shakti not of the ego or individual consciousness. So merely open to it John and allow the grace to express as it will. You John are not in the drivers seat. You are the car. Shakti will drive the car to those who are stuck in the mud and give them a pull! Sometimes. Not everyone that appears stuck needs to be pulled. Remember the story of the butterfly. - blessings my friend - chrism
