Guest guest
Hi I am new to the group and glad to be here. I plan on receiving the spring 09 shaktipat. I have a 30 background with yoga, chi gung and many healing arts. Perhaps I will write more about my background latter. For now I would like some recommendations for reading material on K. I am reading Biology of Kundalini….wow, what a book! What do you think would be good to read next? I would like to prepare myself (I can imagine how that might sound, but still my left brain wants to know as much as possible) for the experience.
