Howdie everybody!

Just an update and a question...

My jerks and twitches seem to be here to stay, lol, constantly throughout the

day, they vary, but on average I would say at least a twitch every 5 minutes.

Nothing that can't be shrugged off to innocent bystanders, yet.

Question: Where the h#$l is this acne coming from? As far as I know nothing has

changed in me, my (lack of) diet or anything else. But now and for the past 4

weeks or so, out of nowhere comes the teen flashback to anxiously awaiting

looking in the mirror the next morning wondering where on my face and how many

new ones will there be? At 43 I thought I was done with this stuff. It's

getting old, sheesh.

Love

Howdy, Bill!

Dear heart, I hate to tell you, but I remember when I first joined

this group there was some discussion of sudden outbreaks of

pimples....and it is definitely tied in with Kundalini infusion!

So...congratulations! Wear them with pride, lol! The good news is

that it shouldn't last too long.

Hang in their, cuz....remember, your headed for divinity with those

pimples and ticks!

Love,

Claudia

LOL Bill! I can recall posting a message asking if anyone else was going through a second puberty a year or so ago. I too was wondering where the heck all those pimples were coming from! I don't think I had that many when I was a teenager!

Our bodies are going through a great change. I think we will all experience it somewhat differently, but this sounds "normal" (relatively speaking) to me.

I forgot to add that just recently, maybe yesterday or the day

before, and much moreso today, I'm feeling, well, spaced out. Like

I'm here, but I'm not here. Going through the motions, not

initiating any conversations, and very brief with my replies when

forced to talk. It takes a few seconds to focus on something and

when that focus changes it takes a few seconds to " lock on " if you

will to the new target.

Is this normal and related or totally not related to the K?

(no, I haven't been drinking, lol)

I have had this as well and it seems to come and go. When I have it, there seems to be a lot of inner work happening. Somewhat related is the need for quiet and infrequent speaking. Sometimes I just crave silence. A real feat with a toddler whose answer to everything is "Why???" LOL

Hello Bill,

Kundalini is coming into you slowly but surely and as it

does a rewiring of your endocrine system will result. Another puberty

in some respects. No worries and unless you have the chicken pox the

acne will be a passing phase.

The spasms will also continue but look to your sister for her

information on this as she has been there and shares your genetics.

Remember to surrender as much as possible for the kriya stage to pass.

No worries and no fear. - blessings Bill! - chrism

If acne is a symptom then that explains a lot. I have always had

problems with it to begin with, but it's really kicked up since I

started with the K yoga. At least I know now what's causing it to

flare up like this...
