Guest guest
Five Tibetans problem The Tibetans hurt my lower back. I have a steady yoga practice and have been doing yoga for about 30 years. I have what some would call a " bad back " . (I do not call it that but for ease of talking and writing I do use the phrase.) I know what makes my back feel good and what makes it feel bad. I must do back bends slowly with great care and carefully limit how far I bend and how many times I do a back bend. The Tibetans give me pain My questions is, Do I really need to do them or is it OK to do my regular asanas? Like the Tibetans I work on strengthening my core (stomach, sides and back) I also bend/stretch and twist in all directions. I think that I could do the alterative versions of the Tibetans but, are they a weaker version of the original Five Tibetans? Would it be better to do " my " asanas? By the way…I also got a pimple two days ago. Coincidence or shakti doing her thing? rich
