I've been here over a year now so I feel a bit silly asking this...but...I don't know if I've had a spinal sweep or not. How do you know? Or can you have one and not know it? If I haven't had one, what needs to happen for one to be experienced? Am I doing anything wrong? I HAVE had very small children, up to 2 or 3 look at me with a surprised look then just smile and smile. Animals, even strange ones, respond to me, in some cases when they are not known to be receptive to anyone but the owner. So there's something there but not sure it's a halo. I've had the Golden Helmet 2 times I know of. Don't know if that indicates anything. Mostly, I'm wondering about the spinal sweep and opening of the 7th chakra.
