Guest guest Posted October 24, 2008 Report Share Posted October 24, 2008 Hi chrism and all, Yesterday I developed some new (and I'm assuming k-related) back pain that I've never had before: lower back, both sides, radiating pain that goes down into the top of my pelvis. I wonder whether this is kidneys - they've never actually caused me any troubles before so I don't really know. Just in case I have been drinking lots of water and I will get a watermelon today. I'm not in fear (although yesterday I was having a lot of troubles with presence- my monkey mind decided to act up and fling its own feces around, lol). I'm submitting to this but I am physically uncomfortable. Is physical activity a good thing to do despite the back pain? Keep doing yoga and stuff carefully?
